Basically, in pan fried ice cream, you tell the seller which flavours you want as a base as well as what ingredients you want to add to your special concoction. Usually I'd order a plain yoghurt as a base. But one can also order from a myriad of other flavours. I'd ask them to mix the plain yoghurt with the green tea. That will be my base ice cream. Once they've mixed this, I'd ask them to add crushed cookies and crushed nuts such as macadamia and almond nuts. They mix the entire conconction by using 2 spatulas. One spreads the ice creams out, the other scoops and folds the ice cream over and by doing so they mix the entire pan fried ice cream. No oil is used and the 'pan' is cold so the ice cream won't melt. You get a product that's completely customised to suit your taste. I love this! :) Have you tried this before? What do you think of it? Did you like it? Why or why not?
