I think that if you believe people like you when they really don't, you are in for a rude awakening! lol If what you are asking is a matter of acting with confidence - you know, walk and talk with the confidence of being a well-liked person - then, I agree. People are attracted by confidence and you'll feel better about yourself if you project a self-image of being liked and respected.
It's not a good idea, however, to delude yourself into thinking that someone in particular likes you in a personal way, if they don't. If someone doesn't like you, for whatever reasons, sometimes positive energy from you will smooth out some of the rough spots. But don't expect miraculous, overnight results!

thats good, But do you think it has any spiritual effects? Like when you believe someone like you then they will.

Well, spiritually, that's a wide open field of speculation. Personally, I don't think that it is a good idea to influence the way someone romantically feels via prayer, wishful thinking, love potions, spells, etc.. Because you'd never really know what their true, natural feelings are. If you are just talking about liking you in general, as a person, keeping a positive thought never hurt anyone. I get the feeling though that you are asking about a more intentional influence to get someone to like you in a romantic way? Which is it? Are you talking about liking you in general or romantically?

I don't know what you are saying here, but I know believe like me, and I don't care if some don't. But frankly I have never had much experience with people that don't like me. I am a likable person by nature.
