Changing username on myLot

I was wondering if it would be possible to change my username on myLot?

At present , we cannot change our user name of Mylot by our selves . We have to request Mylot administrator with our reasons . If Mylot Admin agrees then your user name will be changed . http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx

I didn't know we can change the username, as I thought username is treated as the identification key in the system, thus it can't be changed after it's created.

user name is a title which is always fixed until we use that particular account.. it is the same in all website.. we can usually change our profile name only, not user name, because it is like our identity..

so meaning i cant change sshazie to something else correct?
