Were you accused of something you didn't do?

I asked this because I was. I visited a friend and didn't know that my friend's neighbors was under surveillance by the local police because of illegal drugs. Eventually, the persons were arrested and before they got into the cab, one of the arrested gave a plastic to my friend's mother. The local police became suspicious of it. I thought that was the end of it. On my way home, the local police suddenly appeared and I was asked to pull my vehicle. Without any search warrant, I was searched for illegal drugs. I complained to them. Although they were silent, I knew they were accusing me of something I didn't do. They did not find anything. I went home somewhat afraid and informed my friend what happened.

Yes I have! When I was with my ex he would constantly excuse me of cheating. Even tho I hardly ever left the house. I stayed at home with the children and it was rare that I left home without him. He even tried to say that his son wasn't his. Later on after we divorced I found out that he had been cheating on me. SO I guess he was trying to place the blame on someone else!

Yes. Mine isn't as serious as yours though. One year, I can't for the life of me remember how old I was, but a teenager at least, was home alone while my parents went somewhere. They had bought this massive christmas tree. So since the tree was so big me and my mom went out and bought new ornaments. Probably spent close to $300 at target. So the tree was decorated, and they left and later the tree fell! It crashed to the ground when I was home alone. I couldn't believe it, and when they came home my mom kept saying what did you do to it! Um hello it wasnt like I was 5 here. Why would I have knocked down the tree. But she kept blaming me. Finally later on they realized the tree was too big for the tree stand and it broke the stand and that's why it fell but even after that she kept accusing me of doing "something"

hehe..well, kinda sad, but there are times that it is our kin who often accuse us of something we've done. Somehow this affects our relationship with them. And it's a good thing that they'll realize, eventually, that we are not capable of doing it. Thank you for the response.

Sounds like a scary thing to have to happen to anyone. At work I was accused of doing something wrong that a co-worker had actually done. How I got called on the carpet for giving the wrong information to a client, I'll never know, but obviously someone ratted me out to cover their own mistake. Needless to say, I no longer work there of my own choice.
