Home School Co-ops

I became involved in a homeschool co-op this year with my three younger children. It has been a great learning experience for everyone. Our co-op has a leadership team of five experienced homeschool moms who manage and handle all the details dealing with the co-op. We meet at a local church and they handle the relationship between the church and our co-op, payment of fees to help with the expenses, and the running of the co-op, any disagreements, student conduct issues, etc. Do any of you participate in homeschool co-ops? What do you like best about your co-oping experience? What is the thing you like the least? What changes would you make to your co-op if you could? Is your co-op tightly managed or loosely run? Thanks in advance for your opinions and views.
