Why do some of the people you work with blow minute problems up into major motion pictures epics? In the meantime they push their errer (if they even admit that they have them) under the rug? Is it all done in an effort to boost their ratings with the boss? Why can't they all act like they are on the same team and work together??

I'm working in a finance company and we have a big team of marketing executives . I'm boss of them and I have noticed them fighting for nothing , yes nearly nothing. They want to prove that they are superior from others and in this race they try to put other people's reputation on bet . They try to insult eachother and never concentratrate on their work. I'm suffering from their behaviour.

Sounds like here. The killer is to me if they were trying to impress "the boss" they'd be more impressive if they showed their ability to work together and let the little things slide.
