ice cream!!!

My mother bought me an ice cream maker last year for my birthday. Within 2 months I had gained 7 lbs and my hubby gained 9. Do you think we like ice cream? I had to stop making it or we were both going to explode. LOL Once you get an ice cream maker it's very easy. Most come with recipes for several types of ice cream. I had no idea how many different "types" of ice cream there are! I tried most of them. I like the custard type the best, made with egg yolks and cream. Wow is it rich. My hubby likes the ice milk the best. I found a lot of recipes online too. I'd hate to make ice cream without the machine, it just wouldn't be as good. Mine is small, it only makes a quart at a time but works great.

I love to eat ice cream. But I dont know how to make one.
