...What do yo eat for dinner? Do you go out? Do you make frozen dinners or pizza? Do you make a simple sandwich or eat cold cereal? Do you not eat at all?

At our house there is always some kind of left-overs in the refridgerator, so I can always depend on that. If not, then we always have those Ramon Noodles. I love them and they are ready in only 3 minutes. And my last resort is a can of good old chicken soup. Lloyd

I snack on a lot of leftovers too, and serve them up completely too when I don't feel lik making a whole new meal. I crave Ramen noodles every once in a while too. Canned soups are also good too, as you mentioned.

I will order out or go pick it up. Lately we have been eating take out food, which I don't mind :)

About once every couple weeks, I take my kids out to a nice family restaurant or we will grab Subway or something. What is your favorite food for take out?

Salad make wonderul meals I think. On really hot days in the summer, I will load up a salad with chopped up ham or chicken, hard boiled egg, and lots of fresh and crisp vegetables and croutons. What is your favorite kind of sandwich?

I love grilled cheese and I have had with ham, but I don't think with bacon, and definitely not soy bacon! Are you health concious because of the fat and cholesterol with bacon, or are you a vegetarian?

Hmm... I like grilled cheese with soy bacon and tomato on it. I like vegetarian Ruebens too.

I like delivery pizza the best but I will also pop one in the oven from time to time.

I live in a very small town, and although we have one pizza parlor, they do not deliver. So most all the time when we have pizza, it is frozen, but I try to buy the better brands that have good toppings and a very good crust-not the cheap cardboard kind-LOL.

Oftentimes, I don't feel like cooking. I always go to my mother's house and eat whatever was cooked. hehehe. If i don't like the food, I usually go to Japanese restaurant and eat sushi and beef misono. If I crave for pizza, I usually go to Pizza hut and order pizza with pasta. I won't starve myself if I don't like cooking. there are many ways to feed myself. i go crazy like cookie monster if I dont eat.

Lucky you, you can just dip over to your mom's and eat over there! I have not had any Japanese food that I know of. What is beef misono?

I have my meals at home most of the time. Days when i havent got much appetite, i would have a cup of coffee with butter biscuits or a cheese sandwich. I try not to skip any meals as it would make me more hungry later or the next morning and that would cause an overindulgence in junk food for the rest of the day. Cereal with cold milk is great but at home we seldom buy milk coz i've got some lacto intolerant ppl at home :)

I don't ever skip meals ever either because of the same reasons. I am almost always hungry by close to meal time anyway, that I am watching the clock! Cheese sandwiches are good. I had quite a thing for those when I was pregnant with my first. :) I couldn't live without my milk and cereal....

I love it when I don't feel like cooking- or when there just isn't time to cook a meal before running to ball practice- We order out- Pizza sometimes, subs sometimes. Sometimes we eat leftovers, sometimes we eat sandwiches and soup. I think my daughter had cereal once ever for dinner-- LOL I was sick and she had ball so she grabbed cereal. When she got home we had sandwiches. Sometimes these nights are more hectic then when we actually make a big family meal.

Microwave burritos with American cheese on top! i really don't mind cooking, but sometimes it seems like such a waaste (when I'm home alone). So then I either eat mac and cheese from a box or a burrito...or something from the salad bar at the supermarket.

I love frozen burritos too! Witht he chesse and salsas and sour cream. I love mac and cheese from a box too. I have had salads from the delis at the grocery store and they are good, but I normally just grab up a small bag and add my own fresh veggies to it and sever that with our dinner. Luckily for me, my kids really like salad.

If we don't feel like cooking, we usually order some take out food. It's usually pizza or chinese food cause both places are in a plaza just a mile from our house. Sometimes we will go out to eat but I'm trying to cut back on that because it's so expensive. Take out is a little cheaper for us.

I too like Chinese, but when I am in the mood for Chinese I want buffet!! LOL There is a great Chinese buffet rstaurant in the next town over-we eually eat that about once a month. We do have a little Chinese restaurant in my town, and we have gotten take out from them before but I personally think it stinks. The flavor (and appearance)is very balnd, and I really don't think it is worth the money at all.

The family will suffer with me if I do not feeling like cooking. I will cook 4 packets of instant noodle with 2 egg in it for the family of 4 at one go. The instant noodle will be cooked in 6 minutes, 3 minutes to get the water to boil and 3 minutes for the noodle to cooked and it will be served.

Sounds simple enough! I have made a soup very similar to that by adding a little leftovers chopped meat to and I think either leftover vegetables or fresh vegetables cut up. My kids love soup. In the winter time I often can create a soup that takes very little effort by throwing my leftovers in a pot and pouring broth over it and adding spices as necessary.

Well, I don't feel like cooking way too much, so some times I just have to suck it up and cook. Other times, I will order pizza and wings~ did that tonight. There is also a restaurant about 2 minutes down the road where we can order take out dinners. They are awesome and very reasonable priced. I will order from there at least once a week for the family. The meals are big enough for 2 people to eat, so I can feed 4 of us for the price of 2 meals.

I guess because the town I live is so very limited to whatwe have, that is why we don't eat out all that often. All the restuarants are in the surrounding communities. Anyway, I haven't had a good order of buffalo wings in along time. I just bought a pack age of spices to make some last night! A thing both my son and I have been craving....

I do like taking my kids out occasionally or getting take out too. But you are right, it is so expensive that I can usually only afford to do it once or twice a month. Oh weel, food prepared at home is better for us anyway.

There are very few nights I do not cook. When my kids are here, they need to eat, and I have seen lots of moms give their children frozen and canned dinners nearly every night. NOT good! I actually love a good frozen pizza every once in a while, and I too enjoy spaghetti. I enjoy my homemade spaghetti sauce on occasion, but for a quick fix the jarred sauce is very good too. Open faced baked sandwiches is also something we like here, very quick, about 10 minutes in the oven.

You don't like to cook either? I love cooking!! LOL But I do have to admit I will heat one of those frozen meals in the microwave really quick as a quick lunch-even as a quick dinner sometimes! I also like the little pizza bites and bagels bites and I often heat those in the microwave too.

I always have stocks on instant cup noodles and other cup foods like mais con yelo and champorado..if i don't feel like cooking because i'm tired then i just put hot water to my cup noodles seafood flavor and a cup of tea or juice...that's fine with me.

For me on nights like that we eat out sort of. I go up to the sobeys and get a whole roasted chicken and some salads, potato wedges and some rice. I bring it home and all i have to do is cut up the chicken. Gone are the days of just stopping by Mcd's or other fast food like that. I will never lose weight eating food like that.

as for now i never feel not cooking when the meal time is coming. It is because at my hostel we did not provided with a fridge and most of the time i cook a fresh vege and some other stuff such as fresh fish, sausage, etc. May be when i get a house to rent then i will get such feeling and experience to cook any frozen food in my oven. That is a great idea which is simple but nice in taste too.

I guess I usually throw together a sandwich or else a bagel in the toaster - then spread with cream cheese and salsa or jalepeno peppers. my kids also like to have a sandwich meal now and again...my husband would say "all that, and a bag of chips" man that guy is a chips fanatic!
