I like giving responses...It boosts up our ideas about the topic.I rarely give comments...I give comments only to the responses I get for my discussions that too very rarely.Only once in a week or so...

If you mean starting a discussion or commenting on one I enjoy both. I like to start one probably the best because I like to read the responses that I get back. But it is not always easy to think of a topic that people might enjoy commenting on.
