Patches - About to have kittens

So this cat, Patches is about to have kittens. Not sure exactly when as we don't know exactly when she got pregnant. But they'll be here soon enough. Anyone else have cats that have had kittens?We have 4 cats in the house already. Should we keep the kittens or give them away?
