Yes, and I love it! I like the whole theory of balancing your mind and your body, and it's a really good exercise which helps us stay fit and healthy.
I practiced it at home for around a year, following the instructions on the books, but then I feel that I want to take classes on this for some professional guidance from an experienced instructor, as I can't watch myself in the mirror so I'm not quite sure if I did all the postures correctly, so I'm now practicing it in a local sports club. I think I'll keep practicing it for the rest of my life!

I love it too. Some of the postures are quite challenging and I feel quite successful when I can follow up and complete the "task". I am in classes too but I think I will get some DVDs to practice at home also (at the same time). I just feel wonderful after practicing it (like my brain is very calm LOL) and I think it's good to practice lifetime!

I feel very refreshed after every yoga class, and even some of the postures are quite physically demanding, I feel very energetic after practicing it!

I like yoga too. The stretching is excellent. I feel less stiff after that and my joints feel more flexible. Also, after all the meditation, I also feel more calm with a peace of mind.
I attend classes. I think that's the only way to really learn. Also, the teacher is always on hand to correct and guide me where necessary. I think that's important to avoid injuries.

I like attending classes too, as the instructor can correct my postures! Maybe after I practice for awhile, I will watch some DVDs and practice at home at the same time too!
