Is possible to get free ISP?

Hi,i am a home maker,my only great source of my income is online by using my computer,but unfortunately i do not have enough cash,i do not have money to pay for Bill of internet.Some times they suspend me because of that so do just looking for a way to get some free internet access for life,i will be more than glad when i have that kind of internet connection.So tell me is possible to get free ISP?

sadly you can't. in your case, i suggest prepaid internet if its available in your place. at least you get what you paid for. or if you could afford dial-up service, which is way cheaper than broadband, then do so. c',)
