I think it would be good to see ravi shastri back in action,
as a team manager though. But he himself has said that he has not yet decided to join as a manager permanently, it's just going to be against bangladesh that he will do so.
And then again there will be the process of finding the new coach i would like to see D.Whatmore for the job as he has a good experience of working with the teams of the sub- continent. Gavaskar is not a bad idea though.

i think thats a good desciion really, coz shastri has good knowledge and doesnt even mind to speak his mind out , on the other hand if sunil gavaskar was made the manager than we would have seen his son i.e rohan coming back into the team for no good reason, i think ravi shastri is a better choice as he is young and was one of the finest batsman on foriegn pitches india has ever produced
