Zee Cricket - Will it be better for Indian Cricket?

Recently, Mr Subhash Chandra of Zee TV made an announcement on the establishment of a corporate body worth Rs 100 crores to manage domestic cricket 20-20 matches. He announced that initially there will be 8 teams comprising of Foreign players, Star Indian players & new young players.
It has been compared with the experiment carried out by Mr Carry Packer of Australia.
Will it really do well for Indian Cricket?
