Will you be attending church services for Easter Sunday?

There is nothing stranger for me then to see "holiday" church goers. It seems like such a farse to me. I personally don't have a church that I've found that works for me and while NO excuse is a good one, I do have some medical issues that are making it difficult to get there constantly. So this year we won't be attending a church service for the Easter holiday but we will read from the bible and take a moment to remember and thank God for his blessings and for giving us our Saviour. I just wondered how many attend services on this special day. Do you attend regularly or are you just a holiday attender? Just curious.

I am going to church. I moved here a year ago and after visiting several churches I finally found one I felt comfortable in. I am sad to say I have missed a lot of Sunday's, but that was due to working 12 hour shifts Saturday nights. However, I just landed a new job, dayshift, which will make it easier for me to attend. I don't like going to church and fighting sleep in the middle of service. My new employer was nice enough to work around my availability so I can attend.

I believe I am-- My daughter has been asking alot more about church.. So I think it will be a great say to start and feel it out- I used to go as a child with my grandma. and my parents on holidays! I think we'll start back.. there is a great little church out here in the country where we live. See that is the problem-- finding a church that will be good for kids.

My hubby is going to the sunrise service but I think I will go meet him at church at the later service with the baby... to early for my blood! I use to think that about holiday church goers.. But you know what? Those holiday goers could quite possibly turn into believers after hearing just that one message so I say the more the merrier!!!! =) PRaise GOD!

I don't go to church anymore but that doesn't mean that I don't celebrate Jesus. If he has made his home in you every day is a celebration.

I am attending church with my parents tomorrow morning and then having dinner afterwards. I am more of a holiday church goer than one that goes regularly. Lately though, I have been going to church more on Sundays. I think Easter is one of the holidays that people should go to church as well as Christmas. If you can not attend in person, they will probably have a service on tv that you can watch. I know it is not the same but still could be nice.

Oh yeah ofcourse, it really is no problem for me to put a few days away for such a primitive cause.
