we have three children, 6 year old boy, a 2 year old girl and another oine with 1 year. We had no nanny and also have no family to help us with the children, nor me, neither my wife. So the last 2 years meant for us, looking for babys 24 hours,7 days a week. Now we foiund a kindergarden that would take our girl with 2 years. We are very happy, because we think this would help us a lot, although the kindergarden for children in this age is only opened in the afternoon. But we didnt decide yet because as happy as we are on one side, we are unsure if our child is too young to go to the kindergarden. Some friends also have this opinion, and said its not good for a child to be apart from the mother until its at least three. e not sure about this. In Brasil, the country where my widfe comes from, children go to the kindergarden normally as young as with one year! Is two years too young to send our daughter to a kindergarden?

In our country kindergarten begins at five years old so I think in your country kindergarten has a different meaning. If it is more like nursery school is here, then I think that it is fine for her to begin there. I sent both my kids to school beginning at two and it was fine. Many children in our country begin daycare as young as a few months old since many mothers have to work full time to pay their bills. As long as it is a safe environment for your child, then I'm sure she will be fine. Good luck to you.

thank you very much for your answer. I also think this kind of school here in our country cant be compared to the kindergarten in USA where they inly go with 5 years. Here its mor ethan juts babysitting, they also play and paint and these things, but everything is very free and in a playing manner. So she wil be fine there
