leftover easter candy

i usually will take the leftover easter candy and use it when i make cookies. i break up the candy bars and put them in the cookie mix instead of choc chips. what do you do with your leftover candy...or isn't there any?

That is such a fantastic idea!! I bought myself some candy and all but the last quarter of the coconut cream egg are in my tummy right now Where is the last quarter of the egg? I threw it away to protect myself ;)

Every holiday that candy is given out-- the remaining candy goes to work. My daughter is not a big candy eater- and neither am I.. so usually she picks out what she wants to keep and the rest I take to work for everyone to share- I don't buy my daughter a big Easter bunny anymore- She gets one from 2 other people-- they go in the freezer-- and usually within the year we toss them out- She just doesn't like it much! Your idea sounds good! Usually the snickers and such gets eaten though-

lol left over chocolate? umm not in this house...we all love it too much for tht to happen...heck if i dont make the cookies right away my husband will eat the chips too...
