No. I know lots of good looking muscular guys and they are not homosexuals. Tom Selleck is not a homosexual, Tom Cruise is not. Gay is an adjective, and also denotes that the non homosexual guys are a bunch of grouchy sourpusses. If you are one of them, get your own description and do not steal. I'm a writer and it's hard enough to find a correct adjective as it is.
