Shell con hidden window

I have a shell con hidden window on My computer and it seems to be slowing my computer down whenever I go to turn off my computer it says shell con hidden window not responding end now etc. I have learned this is some problem with music match jukebox but when I try to remove the program it wont let me. I have run my virus protection and spybot with no results I would really appreciate some help here just keep in mind I'm not very smart when it comes to computers so please be as clear as possible thanks

What version of windows do you have and how have you tried to uninstall it?

I have windows xp. If you mean did I try to uninstall the music match jukebox yes but it wont allow me to
