Does anyone ever get the feeling someones behind them..

I get that feeling like someone is watching me sometimes. For example when I come home late at night, and there is no traffic or anything, its just dark, I tend to get the feeling like someone is watching me.

Sometimes we feel or see things who are not there because we put it in our subconscious mind. Sometimes it is called paranoia when you feel that somebody is looking at u and will do harm to u but none at all. Mind over matter, we have to control ourselves as it sometimes lead us to nervous breakdown.
