UFC is great and fun to watch. Chuck Liddell is great but i can't wait to see him fight Rampage Jackson at UFC 71. Jackson beat Liddell several years ago in a non-UFC match. I was lucky enough to go see UFC 68 in person where Couture beat Sylvia and watching it live is awesome.

I heard Tito actually backed out of his fight with Dana White. I think next wednesday they are having a show about it on SPike TV. At first it was for charity, but I think that it got so much hype that Tito ended wanting money for it and for it to be Pay Per View. Anyway you look at it, it makes Tito look like a chump.

TITO SUCKS!! He'll never jump into the cage with Chuck again because he's a whimp! He didn't even show up to the weigh-in with Dana White! Dana's like a little older than him and hasn't fought or even trained in forever and Tito still wussed out!! Dana punked him without even trying! And what's worse is that "the fight" wasn't even an actual UFC fight...it was just a 3 minute-3 round boxing match! WHIMP!! LOL

I remember the first time i watch a UFC match was on bootleg video (sorry UFC!). The video store dealer knew i was a big fan of pro wrestling and boxing and thought i would enjoy an event where people of different martial arts discipline fight in a cage. The program is arranged in a knockout tournament format e.g Grappling vs Grappling. I'm not sure which UFC was it but it has Ken Shamrock in it (and thus Shamrock become my default favourite UFC fighter). Fast forward to today, UFC had undergone plenty of changes and i was saddened to know that i missed a lot of UFC in between then and now, for instance, there was no weight class in the UFC which i watched back then. It was unavoidable too since over here, only hardcore fight fanatics know what UFC or MMA means, while laboring as a university student for 5 years, i had limited means of getting an MMA video. Now with satellite t.v and youtube, i get to watch plenty of MMA fights with ease and Ultimate Fighter is one of the more popular reality series shown over our satellite t.v provider. I'm still watching the new guys before i proclaim any new favourite but i like what i see so far.

you did notice that way back then, there are only few rules.they can even fight with bare knuckles.but now, they got a thicker gloves.then there are a lot changes already with the rules.more drama involve already.

The first UFC I watched, there were no gloves, no weight classes, and no rounds. The two fighters got in the ring and fought bare-fisted until one of them was unconscious, tapped out, or the ref stopped it. Royce Gracie was my favourite back then. He would take on fighters literally twice his weight and choke them out!
