I really don't have a preference. Long sleeves in really cold weather, and no sleeves on warm and hot days. But, I get hot easily, so I do wear short sleeves in winter. Many times, when I do wear long sleeves, I will roll them up to right under my elbow, because for some reason, it bothers me to have sleeves all the way up to my hands. I feel like the sleeves are getting in my way. As for no sleeves, I wear them for comfort and not for looks. I'm overweight, so I kind of feel self-concious about how my arms look in sleeveless shirts, but when I'm mowing the yard or any other kind of work where I know I will be hot, I prefer to wear sleeveless shirts.

Yes it does depend on the weather on what I wear. If it is cool out I like to have long sleeves. If it is warm but not to warm like to have short sleeves. If it is warm and hot the sleeveless.
