Dreaming of the departed

A lot of us may have experienced dreaming about someone who are already dead. In our dreams we may be talking to them and didn't know that they are dead already or we may already know that they are dead in our dream and raised our hairs. I usually dream something about the dead between 2a.m to 4a.m and my mother would always tell me that dreams before the break of dawn actually happened in some level of our consciuosness or metaphysical and spiritual world. What do you usually make out of it when you dream something like that? I would end up praying and even having a mass for such soul. I believe it could be a call from the grave to help them and pray for them.
