well . here is a belated response ! BSNL is started IPTV just today , i.e. 15th March 2007 in Pune . CMD, BSNL launches IP-TV Service of BSNL in Pune on 15 March 2007. Initially, the service is being launched for BSNL customers in Pune and subsequently it will be rolled out in other cities.
