Community Websites

I know many of you are looking for products to sell, drive traffic to those products and obviously convert the traffic to sales. My free download site can help you with all of this if you are interested, (See profile) however this topic is about the power of social communities, MyLot in particular. Theres a lot of books on the market at the moment selling the secrets of social bookmarking sites, but one of the best sites that I've found to generate visitors is this one. This type of community site takes longer to build but at the end of the day, provided you are straight with your visitors, you will generate visitors to any site. Make sure your profile is uptodate and contains the link to your website. Whatever you do don't send a potential visitor direct to an affiliate site, at the very least send them to a page that you can collect their email address. If somebody visits your site from a posting you make they are interested in what you 're offering, don't lose them. Even if they don't buy/join whatever it is you are offering, it doesn't mean that they won't the next time that they visit, so give them a way to keep in touch. If you can't afford your own webspace and autoresponder setup there are plenty of sites out there that will give you this stuff for free in return for a little bit of advertising. Here ends the lesson. If you've got any problems setting this up or need any other advice mail me at isi@uk-co.com and I'll see if I can help. Phill
