If you could go back in time and witness any event in history, what would it be?

i would like to go back to Tang danisty cause that the time when china is most strong , powerful , rich democratic . i want to witness the poeple , the culture ,clothes they wear , food they eat , how the goverment is run in a democratic way . many thing i am interested in,

Tats a very interesting question,and I think I would have liked to live during the time that the ladies held court,and they had banquets and dressed in grand finery,not just for the sake of being well fed and dressed ,but to gain insight into how they led their lives.
