How do you get paid for this?

I just started this and I would like to know how you get paid and do you have to wait until you get up to a certain amount to cash out??

You have to wait until you make $10 You also have to have a paypal account. Around the 15th of each month, they will deposit money in your account.

I never set up a paypal acct. how do you do that
