Hey Mylotians, where does myLot.com gain in all these?

Come to think about it, we keep posting discussions and myLot.com keeps paying us. Where does mylot.com gain in this deal. Firstly, I have joined free, and then am being paid, where is this money coming from? In posting discussions, do we generate any money for mylot.com?
