What is the best in choosing a career in life?

I have a friend of mine just graduated from high school and plan to pursue his studies in college. He is in state of which is which course he will choose for his life. I just asks him to what is your best ability in terms of to determine your chosen career. Am i giving him the best advice to ponder about it? Could you help him the best way to choose for a career? Will you share your ideas regarding my friends situations?

In our economic crisis today, We should choose the best AND wise career. For me the best career that i can advise her/him, is to take nursing course, aside from earnig a dollar, you can also given an oppurtunity to live there. If She/he want to have a wealhty living. Or if she/he want to have only ashort course, just take a caregiver course instead. But all I can advise, you should have interest on the course you going to take. Choose your interest before you choose other choices.

ask her what's her interest and hobbies... me, my interest is all about food that's why i took up Hotel and restaurant management... i planning for a resto business right now...
