In many cases, when you go shopping, there are cases that how much the shopkeeper charges you, you accept. You say 'never mind'. You don't bargain, you don't compare prices, directly go for handy items. you don't check the amount of goods, you don't check the total, and the returned money. You only say 'never mind', 'stay cool buddy'. You are a cool customer. You always select the best brand, compare the prices, check everything for quality, quantity and the cost. you bargain the shopkeeper. you search for the new items that are avaliable, then you are a hot customer. Now say you are a cool customer or a hot one and why you think so?
