New to mylot - I need tips for my profile.

Hi everyone, I just signed up to mylot and have posted to a few discussions. I was trying to get my profile going but I am having problems. Do you think it is because I do not have high speed internet? Do you have any tips on making my profile stand out?

You can play with exciting color combinations. Do resize your photos to smaller versions before you upload it and you might wanna skip adding html sorties into your page until you get a faster connection.

It could very well be that because you do not have a high speed connection, that this is preventing you from doing certain things. If you could add a photo for your avatar and change the color of the background, that might give it a little punch, but don't fret over it. You'll figure it out over time as you become more experienced here. Good luck!
