do indian team needs K.P.S GILL or others like him running the sport

what ever we have seen in the last decade in indian hockey has been due to the people like KPS Gill who donot have any knowledge of the sport.they do not know how to handle the players and what to do to improve at ground level.

you are very right. all that glitters is not gold.you may not need a hockey player but definitely a sportsman with vision or a rich business men who is keen to improve sports as at least will be able to fund well./
