Blog Websites

I've had a couple of blogs for a while now and am interested in writing for a blog or blog network for money. Any one have tips for finding blog networks that are looking for new bloggers? I've looked around and found a few, but many of them tend to have something about them I don't like.For example, on one paying group blog I found, the people blogging there stop writing on their own domain to blog on the other site www.payforblogging.com . I don't want to give up my own domains to blog at someone else's. If I would be blogging about something somewhat different or with a different focus it would be ok, or if I could write unique posts about the same topic. Another one I found I sent an email to them asking about the possibility of blogging there, but I didn't get any sort of reply. Some seem to have short periods of time when you can apply and it seems like it would be very difficult to be able to blog there. Ideally I would rather make money from my own sites, but I find it difficult to get traffic on my own - marketing, etc. are not my strong points. I'd even blog for another site for free if it would help drive traffic for my own blog too though. I'd appreciate any tips you might have.
