How many seconds do you wait before you pick up your cell phone or phone

How many seconds do you wait before you pick up your cell phone . Do you wait intentionally to show the other person that you were very busy . Do you jump and rush to pick up your phone . Do you simply cut the phone if you do not want to talk or you pick it up and say softly that you will talk later . Do you shout on your phone or you are at your normal voice . do you avoid picking up someone's phone if the work you were to do for him , you failed to do .

I usually take a few seconds to answer my cell just because I usually can't find it in my purse. If I don't feel like talking on the phone, I will let it go to voice mail. When I answer, I talk in my normal voice.
