What is your favorite Indian dish?

Over here, it's called Chicken Makhani, or butter chicken. I'm not sure of all the ingredients that go into it, but it's my favorite Indish dish, hands down. I always order it extra spicy and request fresh chillie peppers and lemon wedges! Whew, what a way to intensify the heat.

Hi there.. There are 2 of them.. One is ofcourse Butter chicken, which is the favorite of half the Indians and the 2nd one is Pav Bhaaji.. I just love these 2 dishes.. I have them very regularly.. I can as much as I can get... I can't get bored of them anytime...

My favourite dish chicken biryani.Because in hyderabad biryani very very famous . all over world. Weekly once i eat the that biryani. they are make different good taste. i always love the chicken biryani.Even my home any function that is must. "I LOVE CHICKEN BIRYANI"

Hi,
As an Indian that too from South India in State called Kerala we have dish called Sandya it is mostly served during special occasions. Especially the Hindu community is mostly serving this during special occasions. There is rice with various Sambar curry, Papadam, Pickle, other thorans (other curries). Mostly this is served on Banana leaf. Mostly I like to have sandya. Then as in case of non- vegerian I like fish Briyani.
