How to make my posts become "today's top discussion" or "today's hot topics"?

Hello everyone, I just need help and wanna know how to make my discussion widely seen and accepted by lovely friends? Why my posts are poor cared each time? Maybe it is affiliated with my topic content, but why I can't search those discussions I have just posted just now? So say nothing of making them become "today's top discussion" or "today's hot topics"?!!! I really appreciated for your help and advice! Best regards, thanks!
