Intelligence,Born or Acqiured?

Are some people born clever while others born stupid?Or is intelligence developed by our environment and our experiences?Strangely enough, the answer to these two questions are "yes". One born in a rich family can get good education while others can't.Cause those who born in a poor family should work hard to earn money to make a living, they haven't the opptunities to get further education. That is to say,a child who lives in a boring environment will develop his intelligence less than one who lives in rich and varied surroundings. Thus, the environment one lives limits one's developing of intelligence. So what's your opinion? Are you agree with me?Would you like to share your views with me?Any comments is welcome. Thanks!

intelligence is composed of both. If you're parents are genius, the DNA will also share that to the offspring. If you one is on the stage of growing up, he can now acquire more knowledge about his environment. intelligence is something about the two of that. there's some things that only you can discover and some abilities that was given to you by your parent's through the dna.

I believe that some of us are born more or less intelligent than others are. I think your genetic makeup determines how intelligent you will be, just as it determines other factors about you. There is a big difference between ignorance and stupidity though. Just because someone is uneducated does not make him or her stupid, it merely means that they are ignorant to the information that they have not been taught. Many college graduates are ignorant to fields other than their own. Does this mean that they are stupid? I do not think so.
