I find it hard to believe that anyone can drink the recomended amounts of water. I do not drink much water, but I drink a lot of Gaotorade and Powerade which seems to be fine for me. I can't remember the last time I had a glass of water, and I'm in pretty good health. So maybe drinking more water is not as important as people make it out to be.

YEs I do drink quite a lot of water. I can easily drink 5 litres of water a day. I was told by an ayurvedic doctor that I should atleast 7 litres, for my height which is 5'5". My target is to achive that. But It seemed to be difficult because I am already drinking quite a lot.

I have a kidney transpalnt, I gotta drink a lot of water, should be over 3 litres... Unfortunely, I hate water. I could hardly drink water, I often drank pops, juice, other drinks. I know it's not health to drink those high sodium drinks but I think my tongue is a reason to blame. lol, no, I blame myself for it.

I don't drink enough water eventhough I know it is important to drink enough water. All living things must have water to survive. Without water, your body would stop working properly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight and a person can't survive for more than a few das without it. Your blood, which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, thouse tiny cells would die and your body would stop working. Water is also in lymph, a fluid that is part of your immune system. So, those who's on diet should drink lot of water.
