I think australia has best chance to win this world cup. They have most cracking batsman in the form of Gilchrist and Mathew Hayden and brillient caption Ricky Ponting. they have very good allrounders like Symond and Bred Hogg. There closest competent is South Africa

Any other team than Australia please!!
As an England fan I do not want to see the Aussies win another thing.lol
I really thought we were in with a chance of beating them on Wednesday, but yet again they came back and beat us. I was so annoyed at our team, we lost it at the end yet again.
I would prefer to see South Africa or even Bangladesh win if England do not make it. Ponting is such a bad loser, I would love to see his face if they don't win. Sorry, my sadistic side always comes out when Australia are mentioned. Too much history with this team I suppose.
