When we go out to eat and I find someone staring at me I will stare back. Usually that will make them feel uncomfortable enough to stop. If that doesn't work then I go over to the person an ask if I might know them. If they say we have never met then I ask why do you keep staring at me.

Ok that may go good for one or two instances.but what do you do when he never turn his head back and continue to stare you.I have encountered situations when people get more excited when they see that next prson is getting tensed.So what would you do then??

Thats when I ask for the manager to explain my problem. After the manager speaks to you he will go over to have a conversation with the other person. I have never experienced someone staring at me after I have talked to the manager. If that doesn't work then I would send my fiancee over.

Hi there.. Now that's a pretty awkward situation.. Yeah, I have been once in that situation.. An old guy was looking continously towards me while I was eating at a restaurant.. I cudn't think of anything else than just pretend vomiting.. And he immediately turned his eyes off me...LOL...

Stare back and give them the evils. In fact this is how my husband and I met. He was staring at me eating (I was at a party with my mates and we went out for a midnight dinner) and I walked over to him and was like "no offense but why are you staring at me, cause its real weird?"and he was like "sorry, but you look so cute when you were eating I couldn't resist, hope you don't mind me" and I'll keep the rest to myself =D

yes more then once lol. I mean I could understand if you were eating like a cow but I keep mouth closed and everything lol. Some people are just rude and where not tought that it is rude to watch people when they eat lol but all is to there own.

i just do my best to try to ignore them...but what i'd like to do is hold out my fork and say here try a bite..or i'd love to open my mouth and show them my chewed food...but unfortunatley i never do work up the courage to do those things
