Do you suddenly feel sad? How do i deal with it ?

I sdmit that I am ot a man of optimist.Sometime I am very happy talking with friends and gona be very excited,but soon I feel a little sad that I don;t know why,maybe I just worry about too much...So dear ,do you have the same feeling with me? How do you handle with the problem?
