Make up tips for hot summers.

So dear mylotians, are you looking for great summer tips to groom yourself, then follow these easy make up tips,
1) For long lasting makeup, wash your face with face wash and then apply ice cubes over your entire face.
2) Don’t make use of foundation during hot summer days, even if required prefer to use water base foundation instead of oil based foundation. Use of loose powder is however recommended.
3) For long lasting lipstick, first apply loose powder and then outline your lips and apply lipstick.
4) Light colored lipsticks, eye-shadows and blushers are the trend in summers.
5) Water proof mascara, eye-liners, is must.
6) Use perfume or deodorants frequently during hot days.
7) Skin care is extremely important during summers, so always make use of sun-screen lotion.
8) Remove your make up before going to bed with cleansing milk, then wash with fresh water and apply moisturizer.
9) Face mask like that of sandal, cucumber should be used.

Sorry I use foundation make up and have done since I was a very young girl, especially when it is very hot as this stops me from sunburnt. Loose powder does not suit me and makes me look like a ghost with false imitations. In regards to lipstick I do this and it last longer, and these colours are the ones I use at all times. Yes I agree with the use of mascara and eye-liners, and I use perfumes not too much though. and I do remove all make up before I go to bed with a cleaning milk, and then was my face is fresh water.

well its ok if you prefer to use foundation, i too use it, well the only thing is you can use water based foundation, instead of oil based. one must use those things that suits them best.

These are some great tips, I've never heard of some of them like the ice cubes on your face. I'm guessing this helps to close up the pores. I don't wear much makeup at all myself but do wear mascara - afraid I refuse to use the waterproof however as I've tried a couple different brands and they all did the same thing - caused my lashes to thin horribly. I do love cucumber masks though year round and fresh cucumbers on my eyes to relax and refresh.
