The biggest scammer?

many times coz that time i was a newbie to internet and never knew about these scams and stupid people who are always in search of a prey. lotto scamming and even hyips,my lot of money have been suffering from hyips too. my biggest scam was when i got an email containing a check as well as proof that i have won large sum of money in a raffel,I even cantacted those people but lastly I was saved from them that too from this very internet searching programs. I hate those people who do these kind of stuff.they should be punished.

About two years ago my s/o invested $1500 in a program called PIPS. It was supposed to give huge returns. I told him I thought it sounded too good to be true but he totally fell for all the "testimonials" from people claiming they were getting thousands of dollars back every month. A month before he was supposed to get his first payout, the "company" came under investigation and everything was frozen. Of course they're still telling all the "investors" that they'll be running again any day now but I highly doubt it.

I'd go with surfjunky. The only thing was that I was warned before getting on it... just to give the site the benefit of doubt, besides, i didn't get to invest anything in it, but I guess they are the scammers of the century and deserve to be punished!
