rash on my stomach

I think you really need to get that checked out by a doctor. You probably need some prescription medicine for it. Last year I was bitten by a spider and had a bad allergic reaction to it. My arm swelled up and was all itchy and red. I tried to treat it myself with ice and over the counter creams and antihistamines. Nothing was working so I went to my doctor and she prescribed this steroid gel to put on my arm. I had to go to 5 different pharmacies before I found one that wasn't sold out of the stuff. It was worth it though. My arm was a lot better after a couple days. Another reason to go to the doctor, is that it might not be just a rash, it could be a sign of a more serious condition. You've had this for over a year, you are way overdue to have it looked at by a professional.

Let's see, I do understand about not going to a doctor. I do the same thing. Do you get the rash when you are stressed? Does it come the same time as your monthly? Do you use any of that over the counter anti-itch cream on it? But is a rash, not little circles? I know you have probally heard it before, use cream and not itch it. Good Luck!
