Questions about Spiderman 3...

I was always more of an X-men fan when I was a kid, but I could never rule out Venom being one of the coolest "bad guys" ever. From what I'm to understand, Venom is going to be making his appearance in this movie. So here are my questions: 1) Who is supposed to be playing the role of Venom? 2) Is Harry Osbourne going to come out as the Hobgoblin in this one, or is that a Part 4 thing? 3) I read somewhere that Sandman was going to be a villain in Part 3 as well...true? I don't expect a lot of people to know this stuff, but I'm sure there are a few that do.
