I have read Emma and me, The secret Life of Bees and they were BOTH very good books! Has anyone else read them? What are the latest good books you've read lately?

I checked on these books at the place where I get books for $3.99 and I was wondering..did you read "The Poet" by Michael? The reviews say that "The Narrow" is the sequel to "The Poet". Have you read his book "The Lincoln Lawer" by him too? They said it was good. Said "The Poet" and The "The Lincoln Lawer" were the only books of his that you could read without regards to his earlier works. Should I start at the beginning of the series or will I understand "The Narrow" without reading the ohter first? Thanks for your help in advance!

I have recently read one of Stephen Kings book called "Everythings Eventual". I find all of his books really goood and well written, he is a really good writer, in fact he is one of my favourites. I have found whether it was one story or a collection of his short stories they are always enjoyable.

I just read that recently too. He has been a favorite of mine for years. Have you read "Gerald's Game" by him? That was a good one too. I also read "The Cell" and it was okay but not one of my favorites. I guess you'd have to be a King fan to like that one. I jst read all three of those books in the last 2 months! lol

I read the Secret Life of Bees too. But I din't like her other book The Mermaid Chair. I didn't like the lady in it, it was made into aTV Movie and I still didn't like it. Have you read "She Has Come undone" bu Wally Lamb? It is my all time favorite. I have bought so many copies to give to friends.

I will get that one and read it too! I love to read! And I exspecially love the ones that are hard to put down. It's like you just can't stand that you have to stop and do something else because you want to read on! As stated above if you should ever want to join the book club I'm in online, e-mail me and I will send you an invite. You can't beat $3.99 expecially for new books. Thanks for your suggestion.
