Good living with vegetarianism

Pancakes made of rice or wheat preparations with mashed potatoes and chopped or boiled vegetables{no eggs,toast etc} for breakfast..cereals,rice,leafy vegetable,yoghurt etc(no eggs,meat,chicken,fish etc) for lunch .. the same menu with alterations that suit your palate as snacks in the evening and dinner.You are heading for a healthy living !Do we really need animal proteins and fats included in our eating habits? It is time to realize the blessedness of vegetarianism.

may be good for you but nothing as good tasting to me as a big juicy steak sory!
