Do you wait to the last second to go to the bathroom?

I tend to wait until I can't hold it anymore, and then sprint to the bathroom. Is there anyone else out there that does the same thing as me?

This is kind of a odd topic but interesting. I usually tend to hold urine in because you can hold it for a while. But when it come to Pooping I can't hold it in because I'll poop my pants it's kinda embarrassing.
