How to change my photo

I have joined today. Can somebody tell me how to change my photo to the one i have included here? also can you give me tips on earning money very fast?

change your photo?!... as in your avatar?... why doin't you check it at 'edit your preferences' on the left side of your screen... tips?!... on earning money very fast?!... hmmm... just upload you pictures and post post post!!!... Ü

I haven't yet changed my photo. I think that should be at your left side in customize your preferences. Happy uploading photo. Good luck.

Since they've already answered some of your questions, you will get payment when you've reached $10. If you've reached 10 dollars within the month of April, expect payment within May 15.
