memory card problem

my memory card does not llow me to add files even when I have enough memory about 227 out of about 256 when i paste images they are not clear and after a time they dissappear please tell me what to do about it if i paste mp3 files it tells me windows media cannot play this file after sometime it dissappears so tell what to do thanks for your understanding.
